At the Annual NCDP County Conventions, held April 9th -16th, Democrats across the 5th district gathered to elect new County Officers for the 2005-2007 term. The 5th Congressional District Democratic Party extends a warm welcome to each of our County Chairs and offers sincere appreciation for their willingness to serve the Party.
